I receive email for bookings but I don’t get any email for enquiry. is it because I’m not using the pro version? or can I fix it?December 19, 2018 at 5:34 am #8849Support Team

First of all thank you very much for using the WP Travel plugin.
Now coming back to your query, when we tested the plugin locally the trip enquiry email function is working properly.
So please make sure you have enabled the Trip Enquiry feature. You can enable the feature globally and even individually as well i.e. you can go to indic=vidual trips and chose to use either the global option for the trips Enquiry or use the setting individually.
Also, the email will be sent to the admin email so make sure you have set the proper email.

Participantalso comments and reviews are approved by default. how can I set them to pending before I choose to confirm then?

ParticipantTanx alot dear support team. the feature is already enabled and the admin email is set properly because I recieve the booking emails. maybe Its because i havnt made a page for it yet and testing it in preview page.

The setting of the comment can be managed from the default setting provided by the WordPress itself.
To enable the manual setting of the comment please go to Admin Panel > Settings > Discussion > Before a comment appears and enable the option “Comment must be manually approved ”

Regarding the enquiry, please once check the spam folder of your email to check if the email has been redirected to the spam folder.
If not then please provide your login detail in the email given below so that we can inspect further and help you.

my trips have fixed price but are run on two different dates. can i assign two dates for fixed departure?

Yes, you can definitely assign the same fixed price in two different dates and for this, you need to use our Multiple Price and dates option.
Further, you even list the assigned dates to the price as well as well. To be more clear on this please refer to the official documentation of the plugins.

As for the booking tab query, if you want to add the text in tab title then you can definitely do so by going to the individual trip edit screen and then tab setting if you have used the individual setting. If you have use global tab setting then go to Trips > Settings > Tabs and edit the title text.
