Is it possible to turn any already existing field into a compulsory required field?

Hello,

Yes, making fields required/compulsory is possible with WP Travel Field Editor.

If you want any fields to make required, you can follow path Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Field Editor and you can edit individual fields and make the field required.
