ParticipantHey @support:
I see we cannot send a payment email when the “booking only” option is selected, which is understandable.
On the backend, is there a way for us to push out the payment email once we receive payment from a client?
I tested changing the booking status of a test booking to paid and partially paid in Dashboard > Bookings, but neither option triggered a client payment email.
Also, is there anyway to add {currency_symbol} {trip_price} to the booking email template?
Booking email serves as a summary of the customer’s booking and trip itinerary, but excluding the trip price in this summary is not best business practices.
Thoughts?

ParticipantBuilding on the above: When a group booking takes place, only the “lead traveler” receives a booking email. How do we enable all of the group members to receive an email?

KeymasterHello @infosanooktiew-com,
Regarding your first query, yes currently there is no feature to send the email after updating the booking status. If you want the feature then you need to hire the professional developer.
To hire a developer please refer to below given link:

As for the email template you can change the template as per your requirement by going to WP Travel > Setting > Email.

Also currently the lead traveler will only receive the email. To make others receive the message you need to hire a customizer for this.
Hope this clears the confusion.
Let us know if you have any issues further.
Thank you.
