I have updated theme Travel Log and plugin WP Travel today. And after update was successfuly done my page doesn’t open at all. http://komissia.com/servicebureau

I fixed it…somehow… 🙂
I still don’t understand what really was happend, but when I deleted all of widgets shortcodes from the trips and pages – its appeared. The question is: how to show now widgets like this – [WP_TRAVEL_ITINERARIES itinerary_id=203] or this – [WP_TRAVEL_ITINERARIES type=itinerary_types slug=strait ]? This one is also [WP_TRAVEL_ITINERARIES type=featured ] , and when I tryied to add this widget at the widget area – I’ve got some error with IE – stop working.Very strangeJune 18, 2018 at 7:02 am #7139
When we tested the latest version of the plugin, the shortcode is working absolutely fine even when placed in the widget area as you can see in below given screenshots:
It is working fine when placed in page/post as you can see in the demo as well.
Also when we checked your site there are some console errors. So if you have activated any third party plugin then please deactivate them and verify the issue. Please check your console error as well.
Even after all of this, if the issue still persists then kindly let us know.

Thank you so much! Yes, I have several of third party plugins but they were activated and worked well before update, I need them …just Elementor I have installed together with updating your plugin and I have deactivated it already. So, no new plugins were installed after or together with update . Actually,I have two problems – first – with the shortcodes, and the second – with the booking – there is no booking – just link like “add to cart” but nothing happened, nore booking form as it was before. Also something wrong with the facts – its abracadabra instead letters just some set of numbers and letters like some password 🙂
Have I deleate the plugin and install it again? May be it will help?

Also, pax is not work in the booking form – its wrote ” This value should be lower than or equal to .
This value should be between 1 and .” Any of numerous combination : 1 or 2 or 0 or 30 – the same problem. I didn’t set any of pax amount at the backend.

As for the issue regarding the no of pax, the update has been released fixing the issue. So please update your WP travel plugin to the latest version and verify the issue.

Also – about pricing options – it send me to the cart page after book now button is pushed, but there is still written ” your cart is empty….”. And about facts : it work just with latin letters, I have used cyrylic letters – so, I neeed UTF-8 code —how I can fix it? The same problem with the emails – abracadabra instead message – I have made the changes in files in previous version of plugin but after updating it is problem again. About map : I have changed API key but the map is not appear again.

Query #1: Shortcode issue.
Response: When we tested your site by placing the shortcode in the widget, it is working fine in all the browser which you can check by your self. Here always make sure to add the shortcode in Text field of the content editor.
Query #2: Booking process:
Response: The calendar for choosing the date was not available because of the plugin ” Contact Form 7 Datepicker”, so we deactivated it and now the booking process is working fine.
Query #3: Map issue:
Response: The issue is due to space in your API key which we have now resolved. The map works fine now.
Query #4: Trips facts:
Response: It is due the letters /symbols that you use for your language. As for now, we have fixed the issue but we will release the update fixing the issue for different language letters.

Map is ok, facts are ok ! I just don’t undestand the booking system – seems to me its not work properly, or I don’t understand smth. First, with the additional pricing and dates – how it works? I have added two additional pricing names and fixed dates, but I don’t see them…what customer will select ? I can select any dates in the opened calendar , but I have just fixed dates, not all of the days. Second, after Book now button will be pushed it will redirect me on the Cart page with the sign “nothing was booked yet” or smth like this — no Registration form, no Sign In form and no booking process at all. Actually, if I have booking with payment I can’t book nothing. Honestly said, I don’t need PayPal, but wire transfer , but in this case I will haven’t Client area with the bookings — its neccessary for me. Is there any way to have a booking without payment but with client area, I mean dashboard ?
So, may I did smth wrong that my booking process doesn’t work?

At first, we are very glad to help you with your issues.
Now please find answers to your query below:
Query: Additional pricing option
Response: If you have added the additional pricing option then you need to add the dates by enabling the multiple dates option as well and chose the pricing to that dates. This way you will have the fixed date for a trip. Not adding the multiple dates but only setting the fixed departure date will not work. It will just display all the dates in the calendar. So you need to restrict the date by assigning the pricing to the dates that you created by enabling “Enable Multiple Dates” option.
Query: Booking Issue
Response: You booking process is working absolutely fine in both the cases i.e. when enabling the payment and disabling the payment.
If you do not want your customer go through the cart and checkout page then disable the payment option and if you want them to go through all the process then enable the default payment option and make them perform the “Booking Only” In the cart page.
