    Hello Support,

    I have been working on WordPress site and using WP Travel Free plugin.

    On checkout page when I try to pay, I don’t get response back and same form is loaded again.

    Buy online page is: https://www.genuine-experience.gr/itinerary/wine-and-dine-session/

    Please let me know if we need to purchase any licence to get it working.
    Client wants to use Paypal Express Checkout, but before purchasing the plugin, we want to test the Standard Paypal.

    Could you please let us know what is wrong at our end while using the Standard Paypal.

    Similar settings working fine on localhost.

    First of all, thank you very much for your interest in the plugin.

    Regarding your query about the payment, make sure you have enabled the test mode while testing by going to WP Travel > Settings > Debug and used test email.

    If you have used the live key, make sure to turn this option off and use the correct email.

    I have already tried by turning off test mode only. Let me know if I need to correct something.

    We have the following settings both at local and live as given below:

    Local I am redirected to the Paypal payment page where as on live I stay on the same page.

    Hello Support,

    I had been further exploring your plugin and I need to confirm if there is any possibility to add additional fields on Booking Page like you have shown in your demo at:

    We need ability to define the Date and Time of the event e.g. Trip timing is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    Here are the things which we need while doing the booking:
    1) Ability to select the location for the Trip on booking screen.
    2) Select Date and Time for the Trip on booking screen
    3) Ability to show only hours for Trip duration instead of Days/Nights.
    4) Ability to add any additional field on Booking screen.
    5) If you allow these additional fields, will those be visible to the Administrator?

    Normally, the issue is very unlikely to occur. However, after making the detail inspection on the issue, we found that the issue might have raised due to the server configuration. So we made some changes in the checkout form and fix the issue.

    Please verify the issue on your side.

    Regarding your queries, please find the answer below in points:

    1) Ability to select the location for the Trip on booking screen.

    Response: As for now the option to select the location while booking from the frontend is not available. You will get the option to set the location from the backend only.

    2) Select Date and Time for the Trip on booking screen

    Response: You will be able to select the date in case if you chose the trip duration option in the backend but choosing the is not available. However you can set the trip time from the backend using the pro version.

    3) Ability to show only hours for Trip duration instead of Days/Nights.

    Response: Currently it is not possible.

    4) Ability to add any additional field on Booking screen.

    Response: Yes, using WP Travel Feild editor, you will be able to add the field in the booking form field and to know about the plugin, please follow the given link of our official documentation below:

    5) If you allow these additional fields, will those be visible to the Administrator?

    Response: The fields will be added by the administrator not the customer so definitely, the admin will have access to this field.
