Hi there. I just bought the WP Tour Extras and added some extras to my tours. On testing, however, when I go to add the tour and extras, the extras never show up in the cart?December 31, 2018 at 6:58 am #9066Support TeamKeymaster
Thank you very much for buying the plugin.
To make the added extras appear in the Single trip page at first you to select the extras from backend by going to Date and Prices of the Individual trip edit screen.
Also, when we tested the plugin locally, the price of the added extras is working fine as you can see in below-given screen record:

Maybe it’s a problem with the new version then, because now the Book buttons don’t show up when I use the multiple pricing option.

We are not very clear about the theme that you are using with the plugin. When we inspected the screenshot that you’ve attached, it is likely that the issue is due to the theme layout.
Please provide us with your site URL so that we can inspect the issue and provide you with a precise fix.

I have the same problem. My trip extras won’t appear in cart when customer only select amount for trip extra and does not select the blue cirkel with checkmark. I would like to have the trip extras added to cart when they select the amount because they tend to not understand that they need to select the blue round circle.
Is this possible?

WP Travel Tour Extras let’s the users select the extras that they require with the help of the checkbox. In the free version, users are not allowed to select and the extras are selected by default. Also, in the free version, pricing feature is not available. However, the pro version of the plugin let’s the user decide what they want for the trip.
The feature to make the extras selected by default is not available in the plugin as of now. If you want the feature in your site, you can consider hiring our professional developer.

No this is not the solution. We do use the pro version. It works as long as the customer selects the blue rounded button and then selects the amount of the trip extra. But if they first click on the amount and forget to select the rounded blue button it is not added to the cart.

Actually, you are confused with the feature of checking and unchecking the tour extras box.
The pro version here provides the flexibility of checking and unchecking extras so that it would be included in the cart page along with the trip. Since there are the users who like to only add the extras that they prefer in the trip and pro provides this flexibility. Making all the extras compulsory is actually not feasible.
So this is not an issue. If you wish to make the extras compulsory then core code customization is required for which you need to hire our professional developer.
