I’m using “loco translate” to translate my website. But it won’t translate anything until i “relocate” translation files to
When I move them to the folder mentioned above it will translate the site but when it does that “destination” section appear on the top of the site
When I’m using the Custom location for safe my translations it’s work but messes the site up.
When I’m using the author’s location, the site turns back to normal but the translation doesn’t work.

When we tested the issue on our side, we were not able to find such an issue. The string was translating absolutely fine.

When we inspected the issue further and made the translation ourself, we were unable to find such issue as you can see in the screen record below:

I just recorded a video with the issue, but I forget to point that the translation is gone after changing to the original settings, 1:34 on video.

When I try to edit my theme on, “theme appearance” the slider shows as the second.
When i upload the files you sent me main slider disappears completely.

Can you please once only activate the WP Travel plugin, Loco Translate plugin and then verify the issue? Make sure all other plugins are disabled as the issue might have been raised due to the conflict with other plugins.
