    Hi,

    I am having problem translating.
    When i want to save translation i get this error:

    Page not found – Rapsody. Check console output for debugging information

    When i try to translate some other plugins or theme everything is working fine.

    When we inspected the reported issue in our side, the translation is working perfectly fine.

    Can you please provide us with the screenshot of the error in the console so that we can inspect if the issue is there due to our plugin.

    Also, please once verify the issue by deactivating other third-party plugins and if the issue still persist, kindly write us back.

    We have tested the issue in our side with a different base language and still the translation is working fine.

    For further inspection, we need to know your specific setting and for that we will be needing your login credentials. We Kindly request you to provide your login credentials in the given address : wensolution[at]gmail.com

    Thank you for the login.

    When we inspected your site, we found that due to the security issues, we could not access the error log. There is an error in the site but due to security configuration form the server we are unable to inspect the issues further. So for the further inspection please provide access to your error log.

    Also, we checked the issue by exporting your site in the local setup and everything is working fine locally, so the issue is raised due to the server configurations.

    Please check the issue and let us know.

    Thank you very much for your help and speed. It was problem on server.
    This is the answer i have got from hosting provider
    “one of the security filters blocked the request, because in one of the parameters there are recursive paths.”

    Now its fixed and everything is working fine.
