after your last wp travel plugin update (3.0) my site face an issue:
once you set pax number in a trip page and click on “book” then the cart shows no pax number selected.
You need to select the number again and click update cart: a very dysfunctional UX.

I do notice now that I have two lists of booking departures: one with the old layout and one with the new one.

There’s another issue:
I asked a customization some months ago that added different time of dep in the booking option: I see that with your new layout this customization has gone lost.
I do need it back if this layout is going to be standard from now on.

We would like to apologize for the trouble and the delay as we were unable to inspect the issue during the weekend due to some technical glitch.
We have made the changes in the whole pricing option in the recent update of the theme which might have caused the issue. So we will inspect the issue further and inform you.

The customization that is made in your site was for the version 1.9.1 and was compatible with that version. Since a lot of changes has occurred with each update and in the recent version, we have made changes in the pricing option so there might have raised the compatibility issue.
So in order to fix the issue and keep up to date with the recent version, we need to make a lot of changes in the coding which will roughly take 25 hours.
Kindly let us know if we should move ahead and perform the customization or not through the email.

Hi there, please is there a way to speed up the fix of this?
I still see two double list and the first (old layout) does not mantain number of pax selected once it goes to cart.

I found out that the problem is caused by the plugin you created for me back in february as per my customization request. I disabled it and looks like the double booking list is gone.
So the dollars I paid you for this customization were supposed to be with an “expiring date” of 6 months?
Do you think is a good customer relationship?
