just wondering if anyone has any advice on useful wordpress apps that can integrate with WP Travel to handle consent forms for trips including info such as medical details and emergency contacts? Particularly keen to find one that is also GDPR compliant.
Long term it would be great to see this feature implemented as part of the the WP Travel core as I’m sure it’s something most people running Trips will need to organise for clients. Would be even better if it could all be handled in the account area and send links to each of the emails of travelers booked on to a trip with reminders if they don’t complete before the trip start.

Following back to your query, for now if you are willing to add fields related to medical as well as emergency contact then we do have WP Travel Field Editor addon or WP Travel Pro plugin which will enable you to add the additional field in the Traveler info form.

Also, the details of newly added field can be included in the email too so that admin and the customer who will get email can be informed about the details. Regarding send links to each of the emails of travelers booked on to a trip with reminders, if you are needing the feature that reminds the customer to make full payment before going to trip(in case of partial payment method) then we do have Remaining Partial Payment Reminder feature which can be obtained through ‘WP Travel Partial Payment’ addon or ‘WP Travel pro’ plugin with which customer can be informed through reminder message.

Also, if you are willing to add separate form related to medical form instead of adding new field in checkout form, the feature is not available.
