As for now, to get traveler information within send email like shown in booking page, you can modify the content of the email by yourself by going to WP Travel > Settings > Email
You should add required new field in the email content section as shown in screenshot below:

When we tested by adding the phone no in the email template, the value added the field is obtained in the email.
So we have prepared you with the screen record that will guide you to add the new field and show them in the emails.

Upon inspecting your admin dashboard setting, we found that you have not added the id as we have mentioned in the Enquiry template.
Now we have added the id for you in the template. This should work.
Please once check and verify.
