Hello @sheibba,

You can add the review and rating by logging into the site. You will find the review tab in the trip single page from where you will be able to post the review for the trip.

There is no such option, I am using the plugin on wordpress. There is no option to add rating as a admin or as a user.

Also, make sure to enable this option from the single trip page if you have used the individual setting and if you chose to use to global setting then enable it there as well.
