I’m getting this error about every millisecond on my client’s website. Is this a known issue and how can I resolve:

Wow, thank you for the quick response.

I disabled both Autoptimize and W3 Total Cache thinking they might be creating a problem. But, so far, no luck.

Thank you for the URL.

When we inspected your site URL, we found that a lot of third party plugin is activated which may have caused the issue.

So please once check the conflict issue by deactivating the plugin one by one and verify the issue.

If the issue still exist then kindly let us know.
