Hi

Brand new to your plugin.

I am having trouble getting the plugin to work in the way that I think it should.
I am using your theme.

I was hoping to just leave the payment gateways unpublished and use EFT payments.
However, the date and adult/child options only come up when I enable the gateway.
Do you have any suggestion how I can do EFT/Bank transfer rather than PayPal?
