ParticipantHey guys,
a few thoughts on the customer dashboard area;
View All Quirk/Bug
clicking on the “view all” link doesn’t do anything whereas I guess it’s supposed to navigate to the bookings tab.My Bookings list
In the initial view list of bookings the hypelinks take you to the trips the customer has booked on to, whereas it would probably be better to take them to the detail of that specific booking. It would also be good in this view to display the dates of the particular trip.Booking Details Quirk/bug
In the WP dashboard if client clicks on the details for one of their bookings the page refreshes to the dashboard but the user then has to click bookings to see the detail which may be confusing for them.
Clicking back in the top right corner also refreshes the page to the dashboard again whereas I’d expect it to go back to the list of their bookings.Booking Details Order Status
It would be good if the Info for Travel Date was instead Trip Dates with Start Date – End Date to make it obvious
It would perhaps be worth separating the Tour and Travel Date under a new heading of Tour Details at the very top of this page, followed by the Order Status (Order Number, Booking Date, Customer’s Note), then Traveller info etc.
A new piece of functionality which might be worth considering (I’d certainly find it very useful personally) is to have a Trip Downloads area in the Travel Dashboard area for customers. There are various generic documents that I’d only want customers who’ve booked on to a trip to have access to such as kit lists, detailed itineraries, etc
Thanks for the hard work.

KeymasterHello @tourist.
first of all, thank you very much for using the WP Travel plugin and also we are equally grateful for all the suggestions.
Regarding the “View all” link we will definitely fix it in the coming update of the theme plugin.
As for the trip link in the dashboard, it takes you to the trip single page. To go booking detail click on the “View detail” button. Also, it takes you the single booking detail page in a single click as you can in the screen record below:

Other suggestions will be noted and we promise to work on this :).
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
