Can you please explain in detail that which issue you are referring to?
Also, we have not received any email from you except email related to mandatory feature of date field which was already replied via email.
Further, you can resend email in below given email with the detail of the issue you are referring to.

When you make a booking you select the number of travellers, see screenshot https://prnt.sc/qxc5wf
When you go to the next screen the number of travellers is not carried across and need to be re-entered, see screenshot https://prnt.sc/qxc6mg
On the next screen when the customer has to fill in details, “Date of Service” is not showing as compulsory, although it is set to be, see screenshot https://prnt.sc/qxc7hs
When payment is added, the Stripe connection is not working correctly as it just gets stuck on the circles as if its doing something but never does, see screenshot https://prnt.sc/qxc9z7
Lastly, some pointers on how we get all the booking info into the confirmation emails to the admin.

Actually, when we inspected the site URL you have provided, we got console error related to content-video-editor as you can see in screenshot below due to which the site has been slow down(hang) so we are facing difficulties to inspect the site URL you have provided.
Please fix the issue related to content-video-editor so that we can inspect the issue you have mentioned and can provide the precise fix.

I also don’t see why this stops you looking ta the problems we are having.
This morning we had 7 bookings, all went through without payment, so this issue is now getting serious.

Check again for erros going to the home page, no video errors and not surprising as there is no video on the site.

Did you make any changes in core file as it seems that hard code customization has been made in core file so that the changes made in latest version of WP Travel plugin has been overriden in your site(cannot be seen).

OK, We have removed the code.
Now the whole booking process has lost its formatting, see attached screenshot?
This whole mess is costing us money?
The site has now not worked correctly for over a week, something must have changed somewhere but we had not touched teh site before these issues starting occuring

OK, we have reverted back to the main Travel Gem Pro theme as the Child Theme seems completely messed up by something, however, we still have the stripe issue with being able to book and not make a payment.
There is something not right here as we have not touched this site so something has changed to make it have these issues.
We are now beginning to believe that WP Travel Pro has some inherent instabilities as so far in a week we have had little or no help in rectifying these issues.
Would like your view today on what help you can give so we can make a decision on what we do.

First of all our sincere apology for all the trouble.
When we tested the stripe payment gateway using our test keys in your site everything works fine and the email was also received. The booking detail was also there in the backend as you can see in below given screen record.
Also, when we tested using your own test key in enabling the test mode, booking was being made.
So please once verify in our side again by booking. Also, make sure these the keys are correct.

OK, we tried with a live card and got the same hanging issue, so re-loaded the stripe keys and tried again, same problem.
You can see from the screenshot we sent via email all you get is the “circle” by the Book and Pay button, it just keeps going round and nothing happens, the last payment that came through that way was Booking – # 2558 on the 30th Jan
Any ideas, as we have said we have not touched anything, but our Child Theme has gone and the Stripe payments have gone.February 7, 2020 at 12:29 pm #23699
when we tested the stripe payment gateway using our test card in your live site, the response “Card is declined” is obtained which means our plugin has sent the request to the stripe gateway.
So the request has been sent to the stripe so we recommend you once to talk with strip support team.
