We have checked your website URL and the issues in the screenshot.

Regarding Email issues :

While we have tested the e-mail for bookings and payments, the e-mails are being received correctly. If you are still having trouble with the emails, please firstly check your SPAM folder if the emails are being sent to SPAM.

Furthermore, please also verify if your host has enabled the PHP mail() function.

Regarding layout issues :

The layout display in the demo of the plugin is actually handled by the “Travel Log” theme and not by the plugin itself.

As WP Travel plugin handles only the functionality part, the theme is responsible for the design/layout and hence as your theme has not been tested for compatibility with the plugin, the layouts are different than that of the layout provided by Travel Log theme.

If you wish to get the layout fixings for your custom theme, to make it compatible with WP Travel plugin and the required changes, we would require to make some customizations to your current theme.
