In the beginning (yesterday) I was enthusiast with WP travel/WP travel PRO plugin but I am more and more skeptical about it’s quality now.
After a few hours using it, I can’t make anymore modification in WP Travel/Settings, whether to add new Tabs or new Facts for instant. Once I click “Save Settings“, the loader take a couple of minutes and finally no recording is made.
Other question: when on a Trip, you add a specific Tab (and then de-activate “Use Global Tabs Layout”, how do you supress it if you clone the tour and don’t want it to appear anymore?April 23, 2019 at 5:57 am #13980Support TeamKeymaster
When we tested the plugin in our side everything was working perfectly fine as you can see in the screen record below:
As for the tab, once you clone the trips all of you tab setting will also be copied. So you can manage the tab as per your requirement in the cloned trip.
Additionally, the setting may not have saved in your side maybe because of the third party plugin that you may have activated.
So please deactivate any third party plugin and verify the issue.

Well I hope it works from tour side at least!!!
From mine it doesn’t. It did after the install and I could have made changes, but not anymore. I deactivated the plugins (see here: https://prnt.sc/nfncza) and it changed nothing.

Yes, please do send the login in the email below so that we can check the issues in your specific setting.
In the meanwhile, if you have activated any third party plugin then please deactivate them and verify the issue as the issue may have caused due to the conflict as well.

Thank you for the detail.
The issue has arisen due to the random character entered in the Mailchimp Subscription field.
Now we deleted the character and everything works perfectly fine.
If you have any issues further then kindly let us know.
