ParticipantHi,
this morning I bought the WP travel utility addon for my site. I’m working with the Tourable Pro theme from WP Travel. I installed the addon this morning by uploading the ZIP file in my WordPress back-end and after I did that, my slider in the front-end was acting weird. This is about the “Travelers Choice” slider which is in the Tourable Pro theme. The moment I deactivate the WP travel utilities; the slider immediately goes back to normal.
Wrong (activated the addon):
Right (deactivated the addon):

ParticipantHello @SupportTeam,
I’ve updated the plugin then reloaded the site and nothing has changed. After that, I deleted the plugin from my site, downloaded the new version on the my account page from themepalace, uploaded, installed, activeded it, inclusive the license code. Nothing changes.
So it’s not fixed. The slider ‘s still broken when I activate the utilities addon.
I’m looking forward to your response.February 28, 2019 at 9:17 am #11443movements

ParticipantI discovered this last thing was a Javascript issue on my own browser; so indeed: the problem is solved. My apologies for the last two posts. You could ignore them!
