    First of all please make sure that you have set up thank you page properly by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > General as we have mentioned earlier(above).

    Also, if everything is fine regarding setting up ‘Thankyou page’ then please send admin login detail in below given email so that we can inspect the issue further.

    As for now the tag is not allowed to in the booking email subject. You may have added the tag directly in the email subject as displayed below which is not allowed.

    When we tested the issue on our side everything is working fine and upon tested the issue in your side as well, everything is working fine. The “Thank you” page is displaying the detail.

    The plugin (Utilities) will work for the lifetime even if you do not renew the license key. You can use the current feature available with the plugin. But the updates that we frequently release adding the new feature and fixing the bugs will not be available to you.

    The issue you have reported might have raised due to absence of base currency. So, please once add the currency by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > General as shown in screenshot below and verify the issue.

    Hello @knlknslgmail-com,

    The “Thank you” page setting will only appear after the activation WP Travel Pro plugin or WP Travel Utilities plugin.

    So make sure to activate either one of them to use the feature.

    After the activation, you need to go to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > General and set the page for the “Thank you” page.

    Thank you for the login detail.

    When we inspected your site, there was this section to translate the string from the customizer as you can in the screen record below:

    Also, the changes in the backend are not visible may be because you have set the default language as french. So please once switch back to English and also set the customizer string to default English. Now translate the string from te backend as we display in the record.
