Support Policy

WP Travels goal is to provide our users with fast, accurate answers to questions related to all our products. In order to provide quality support, we provide support via Email support where you can fill up the form with the issues you are facing on your website.

We do have a WP Travel Facebook Community -A private Facebook group created for WP Travel Pro users where you can drop your queries and get your minor issues fixed plus a healthy platform to connect with other travel business owners.

However, we encourage you to send us an email explaining every minute detail along with screenshots attached and the website URL. It creates clarity and transparency for the WP Travel Support team so that your issues can be fixed as early as possible.

Support Hours

We strive to address the majority of your inquiries within a few hours, and our goal is to respond to all your questions by the following business day.

Please note that our support availability is limited during weekends and holidays. Our operating hours are aligned with the standard time zone of Nepal, which is UTC+5:45. Official support hours are from 10:45 PM to 7:45 AM EST.

Bug Fixing

It is our commitment to fix all plugin bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 24 – 48 hours. We will also try to provide a solution via the WP Travel Facebook Community for smaller bug fixes.

What’s Not Included with WP Travel’s Support?

We cannot produce custom code solutions for you. When you need custom coding that extends WP Travel functionality, we recommend using our WP Travel hire customizer premium service.

Fix Compatibility Issues With Your Server

Our users run WordPress on many different server types. We try very hard to make sure that WP Travel is compatible with any environment. However, some compatibility problems remain.

We can help you trace issues and find solutions. However, we can’t always fix everything, at least not immediately.

Fix Compatibility With Other Plugins and Themes

We do our best to make WP Travel compatible with everything else in the WordPress world. However, much of it is not in our hands.

If you’re having a problem that involves a different plugin or theme, we can’t make it work.

We’re going to do our best to help. If you show us code fragments, we can tell you what needs changing, but we can’t maintain other plugins.

We’ll answer any question and help you get it right, but we can’t take your entire website and debug it.

Add Features to WP Travel

Many great features in WP Travel came from user suggestions. If you have an idea for a cool new feature, just shoot us an email. We’ll take it seriously and discuss it with you. However, we can’t promise anything.

– Fix Bugs in WP Travel

This one may sound strange, but it’s true. If you find a bug in WP Travel, we take it very seriously. We’ll add it to the bug-fix queue and work on it. However, we can’t fix everything right that minute. So, if you hit a bug that’s keeping you from doing something, we can’t promise that we’ll fix it right away.

We’ll work with you to find a sensible temporary solution and will let you know as soon as it’s fixed, but we can’t guarantee any schedule. Just shoot us an email.

Need technical help beyond our support?
