1. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall WEN Solutions & WP Travel be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if WEN Solutions & WP Trave or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Our WordPress themes, plugins are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. We strongly discourage you to offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.
The license key ensures updates from our servers. If you do not activate the license, the plugin will work fine. Even if you have canceled the subscription.
Each product from our site includes 365 days of support and update validity. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to download any of your purchased products.
An active subscription is required to access the downloads section.
Each product comes with the auto-renewal feature through PayPal and Stripe subscriptions to ensure smooth flow of updates and support.
3. Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of WEN Solutions. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
User Accounts and Product Licenses are not transferrable.
If you are a contractual developer or a representative of a person, please ask them to purchase the product from us directly. It saves time on both sides when we follow up support tickets.
4. Refund Policy
It’s really simple!
We are so confident that you will definitely LOVE and BENEFIT from our products, we offer a 30-days no-questions-asked refund policy.
If you don’t like our product or it causes you trouble, we will be happy to offer you a full 100% refund within 30 days of your original purchase and no questions will be asked.
However, we might invite you to suggest to us how to improve ourselves while refunding. Also, we would really appreciate if you give insights on what made you ask for a refund.

Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.
However, you can always check the products on our demo server before purchasing to be sure about the issues. Our contact form is always there to help you.
While purchasing our products with Freemius payment method from the checkout page, the order process will be conducted by our online reseller Freemius.com. It is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Freemius provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
6. Product Updates
WP Travel Pro includes free updates to customers for 1 year from the date of purchase. We do not guarantee that product updates will always be made and forever, but WP Travel does it’s best to improve each product over time and make sure they will work with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee that our products will run with older versions of WordPress (3.0 or earlier).
7. Account Termination and Suspension
WP Travel and WEN Solutions reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons.
- Abusive behavior and/or excessive negativity towards the WP Travel staff and/or other WP Travel customers.
- Repeated defamatory, malicious, and/or false statements including slander against WP Travel, and/or attempts to persuade potential customers away from purchasing WEN Solutions products.
- Promoting competitor products, contributing to software piracy, hacking, spamming, or other illegal acts.
- We reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, shared with others, or for other security reasons. All decisions are final and terminated or suspended accounts will not be reversed.
User account data and certain other information about you will never be sold or rented to any third-party. You understand that through your use of our services you consent to the collection and use of this information which includes the transfer of this information to the United States of America Government and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by WEN Solutions & WP Travel. We generally use your personal information and account data for order processing, preventing fraudulent activities, invoicing and contacting you via email.
