1. Added greetings during ‘On-Page Booking’

The new update of WP Travel v7.4.0 has integrated an interesting feature as a thank-you greeting to users in case of On-Page booking

From the above picture, we can see that the users are greeted with ” Thank you for booking! we’ll reach out to you soon.”

Such feature helps to express an empathetic way of understanding the users and shapes a cordial relationship with the brand and customer.

2. Integrated Display of Booking with Payment

Well, these new update has brought essential feature as Booking with payment will appear If payment is enabled in the case of On-Page Booking by default.

In the above picture itself, it has been cleared that the user will be greeted with “Thank you for booking! We’ll reach out to you soon.” integrating (Payment Method: Bank Deposit, and Payment Status: Waiting for Voucher)

3. Added Translation for Missing Strings

There was not enough translation attainable before the update in WP Travel v7.3.0

When the developer team of WP Travel detected this issue, translations for missing strings were added to enhance the user experience for a broader audience.

4. Fixed Auto-Scrolling of Booking Option in Mobile Devices

There was a minor issue that occurred in WP Travel v7.3.0 which was with an automatic scrolling behavior related to booking options on mobile devices.

When users interacted with the booking options on their mobile devices, there was an unintended or incorrect scrolling behavior.

But, now it has been fixed precisely so, the users should no longer experience any problems or unexpected scrolling when selecting or interacting with booking options on their mobile devices.

5. Fixed issues in Accordion (like UserWP Plugin & Geodirectory Plugin)

As a result of these fixes in WP Travel v7.4.0, users should be able to use the accordions smoothly and without any issues when these third-party plugins are also in use.

6. Fixed Layout issue under Related Trip Section

Under the ‘Related Trip Section‘, there was a minor layout issue that arose in the previous update with the arrangement or appearance of content.

So, WP Travel v7.4.0 ensures that the codebase remains efficient and easier to maintain in the long run.

8. Fixed Pax issue in Mail, when updating the cart on the Checkout Page

There was a problem related to the display or handling of passenger (pax) information in email notifications when updating the cart on the checkout page

However, users should no longer encounter inconsistencies when receiving emails related to their bookings or orders after making changes to their cart during the checkout process in this latest update.

1. Added Unit Level for Trip Extras option

The new update WP Travel Pro v6.4.0 has successfully brought a new crucial feature which is unit level for trip extras option.

“Unit level” refers to the individual components or units within a larger system or booking framework. In this context, it suggests that the new option applies to each individual unit or component of a trip, such as rooms in a hotel or seats on a tour bus.

It allows users to specify or customize “Trip Extras” for each individual unit or component of a trip, tailoring the experience to the specific needs or preferences of each unit.

2. Added “Enable Pax Individually” Option on Individual Pricing

Well, the new update has added an “Enable Pax Individually” option that allows Pax controls on Individual Pricing which was not implemented in an earlier update

For example: From the above image, we can conclude that there are 61 pax created individually for every pricing category.

To use this feature first you have to enable utility modules by going through Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Modules Settings > Pro Modules and enable the Utilities

Then, to set Pax to the individual Pricing Category, you have to go through Admin Panel > Trips> All Trips > Individual Trips > Trip Options > Prices & Dates and Prices

and enable the “Enable Pax Individual” Option.

After enabling the “Enable Pax Individual” Option you will be able to select pax for the individual pricing category.

3. Fixed Paypal Express Checkout payment issues during On-Page Booking

Similarly, the customers have undergone an issue related to processing payments through PayPal Express Checkout during On-Page Bookings

However, it has been concisely fixed in WP Travel Pro v6.4.0 which ensures a more seamless and hassle-free payment process for on-page bookings, improving the overall user experience.

5. Fixed Stripe Checkout Payment issue in case of Newly Generated Key

In the same way, some smaller issues arose during the Stripe Checkout payment in the case of a newly generated key.
